Suffolk County Council and Orwell Housing are holding this virtual public engagement (which will be live from 9am on Monday 28th March until 5pm on Friday 8th April) to inform members of the public and interested parties of their proposal for a new residential development off Seaman Avenue, Saxmundham.
The proposals comprise the demolition of the empty Fromus Centre, the provision of 12 homes of supported accommodation and 19 new homes, along with the provision of a new cycle and footpath link, which will eventually link to the South Saxmundham Garden Village.
Please note that these plans are provisional and are subject to change before a formal planning application is submitted.
